The rules that apply when you access PropertyIQ AI, use AI property analysis outputs, maintain an account, or purchase a paid plan.
Effective Date
Effective March 28, 2026. By accessing or using PropertyIQ AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional product, billing, or policy terms that are presented to you in connection with the service.
Use of Service
You may use the product to review addresses, generate screening outputs, compare scenarios, and support internal real estate analysis, subject to applicable law and these terms. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, or abusive automated access.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure, limiting unauthorized access, and promptly notifying us if you suspect misuse or compromise.
Permitted Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, misrepresent results as guaranteed facts, or submit content you do not have the right to use or share.
Property Data & Outputs
Data may come from third parties, public records, automated processing, or model-based estimates. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are not a substitute for independent diligence, professional advice, title review, appraisal, survey, underwriting, legal review, or compliance review.
User Content & Feedback
If you provide notes, uploads, comments, prompts, or feedback, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service.
Subscriptions & Billing
Pricing, features, usage limits, and seat availability may vary by plan and may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Questions related to subscription status can be sent to info@roamight.com.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Intellectual Property
Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative commercial products from the service except as expressly permitted.
No Guarantee
Users remain responsible for verifying property facts, pricing assumptions, legal status, taxes, financing details, and investment conclusions before making business decisions.
Disclaimers & Liability
We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, payment failure, legal requirements, or platform protection needs.
Changes to Terms
When material changes are made, we may revise the effective date above and provide notice through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
